The Repair Process

1. Provide a computerized estimate of all the known damage. (This can be done while you wait)
2. Explain each item and tell you what work will be done to your vehicle.

3. Contact your insurance company and obtain a claim number for reference.
4. Check to see if your insurance will cover a rental vehicle, and arrange upon request.

Once the estimate is approved:

1. Replacement parts are ordered.
2. The damaged area is dismantled and inspected for any hidden damage.
3. Frame is repaired (if necessary).
4. Once parts arrive, vehicle is repaired to pre-accident condition.
5. Refinished with Dupont products.
6. Vehicle is cleaned, detailed and readied for delivery.
